After signing the partnership agreement between our organization and the United Nations Women’s Organization (UN Women)

After signing the partnership agreement between our organization and the United Nations Women’s Organization (UN Women) on 9/4/2018, our foundation started the implementation of the project (Strengthening the Resilience of Women and Girls and Host Communities in Iraq) funded by the European Trust Fund (Extended).

The two project centers were opened in the governorates of Salah al-Din (Tikrit) and Nineveh (Mosul) on May 1, 2018. All the requirements for the success of the work were prepared starting from the renting of the site, the recruitment of qualified and trained staff, providing appropriate furniture, equipment necessary to work, and conduct special training for the advanced cadres of the two centers.

The cadres of the two centers held a simple ceremony to open the centers to express their happiness for the opening of the project centers and commence providing services to the beneficiaries to women and girls in displaced and the host communities.
