In implementation of the agreement signed with the (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GIZ) and within the project (Youth Employment and supporting the Iraqi private sector Program) through a series of free consecutive courses

and during the challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic, TAJDID iraq Foundation for Economic Development had conducted a training workshop on the topic of (Management of Human Resources) on 17/6/2020 for a period of five days and in the presence of (16) youth trainees between the ages of (18-35)

After extensive study, the Foundation chose to implement the training workshop via the Internet via the (ZOOM) program in compliance with the directives of the World Health Organization and to maintain social divergence. The course also included an awareness session on gender-based violence.
